What is band training?
The resistance band training is performed with elastic bands of differents levels of resistance.
The resistance of band and number of repetitions allow users to gradualy rebuild his strenght therefore this type of training is not only widely used as part of general fitness and strength training, but also in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
What is bench?
A bench is the equipment that is used in the exercise where we strengthen power for the upper and lower body. In case you do not have a bench, you can also practice on the ground/floor.
What is body weight training?
Using only body weight during exercises allows natural building of stamina and strength perfectly adjusted to individual capabilities.
What is chair training?

What is dumbbell training?

What is kettlebell training?
The kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast steel weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
The kettlebell’s center of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements.
Its exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing and snatch, engage the entire body at once.
What is stick trainig?
Using any kind of stick, wooden, plastic or light metal, stick training aims to increase mobility and specific muscle activation.
What is Swiss ball training?
Swiss Ball is an exercise ball constructed of soft elastic with a diameter of approximately 35 to 85 centimeters and filled with air. It allows a wide range of excercises to be performed.
A primary benefit of exercising with an exercise ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles. Those muscles become stronger over time to keep balance which leads to a greater activation of the core musculature.
What is TRX training?
TRX stands for Total Resistance eXercise and it basicaly means suspension equipment (system of ropes). It helps perform a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises. Its aim is to develop core body strenght, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.
