What is stick trainig?
Using any kind of stick, wooden, plastic or light metal, stick training aims to increase mobility and specific muscle activation.

What is Swiss ball training?
Swiss Ball is an exercise ball constructed of soft elastic with a diameter of approximately 35 to 85 centimeters and filled with air. It allows a wide range of excercises to be performed.
A primary benefit of exercising with an exercise ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles. Those muscles become stronger over time to keep balance which leads to a greater activation of the core musculature.

What is TRX training?
TRX stands for Total Resistance eXercise and it basicaly means suspension equipment (system of ropes). It helps perform a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises. Its aim is to develop core body strenght, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.
