Put yourself in an upright posture.
The ball is at the level of chest.
Put your stretched hand on the ball.
Squeeze abs.
The knees are slightly covered.
Circulate with the left hand, controlled and slowly.
This exercise focuses on stabilizstion of the shoulder.
