DBs are just outside hip width, palms facing up.

When you do a curl, elbows remain tight to body all the way to the chest.

Lower to full extension of the elbow.

Resist swinging and using momentum to curl.

Perform the exercises slowly and concentrate on the correct performance. If the exercise is performed with weights, do not overdo it.
