Get down on your hand and knees. Relax your core so that your lower back and abdomen are in the natural position. Without allowing your lower-back posture to change, raise your right knee and ankle straight out to the side. Keep your toes flexed towards your nose and keep your knee bent at 90 degrees. Lift your knee as high as possible.
