The starting position is frontal, dumbbells on the knees.
Raise your hands frontally to the shoulder height.
When lowering the knees, hold for a few seconds.
Repeat motion.
Keep the movements slow and controlled.
Take care that the back is straight and abs tight.
If it’s too heavy, don’t use dumbbells, but your body weight.
