Standing plank-touch the chest

Get down on all four and place your hands on the floor so that they are slightly wider than in line with your shoulders.

Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.

Brace your core by contracting your abs.

Then touch the chest with your hand. Be careful not to turn your hips, tighten the abs.
